Constructor TECH is seeking an enthusiastic Account Executive to drive growth in the DACH region and Eastern Europe. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in expanding Constructor TECH's reach across Higher Education, government, and corporate sectors through direct sales and strategic partnerships. Constructor TECH is an all-in-one platform that caters to the needs of schools, higher education, corporate training, alternative credentials, and professional sports.
This role involves:
- Owning and driving sales in the DACH region, focusing on acquiring new customers.
- Managing pipeline and forecasting sales performance.
- Strengthening relationships with existing Higher Education clients.
- Recruiting and onboarding new partners.
- Establishing and managing strategic partnerships.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
- Setting sales targets and KPIs.
- Preparing sales and progress reports for executive management.
Requirements for this position include:
- At least 10 years of proven success in sales management, preferably in EdTech, technology, or related fields.
- Experience working with Higher Education clients.
- Fluency in English and native German proficiency.
- Experience in SaaS software sales, account management, or business development.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management platforms.
- Willingness to travel (50% of time).
