Deliveroo is seeking a Finance & Strategy Director for a 12-month maternity cover role based in Milan, Italy. The Director will report to the VP of Finance and Strategy and will play a crucial role in providing financial and strategic partnership to the General Manager, Italy.
Role involves:
- Providing financial and strategic partnership to the General Manager, Italy.
- Taking accountability for P&L and leading the finance team.
- Providing analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Leading planning and forecasting cycles, long-range plans.
- Identifying, modelling, and actioning strategic initiatives.
- Driving investment decisions and key resource allocation discussions.
- Building, supporting, and coaching a finance and strategy team.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience, with 5+ years at a senior level.
- Commercially focused with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Track record of partnering with executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects.
- Fluent in English.
