Senior/Lead Product Designer

Job Description

Simpplr is seeking a Lead Product Designer to contribute to the future of work. The candidate will join a team focused on enhancing employee engagement and connectivity through a world-class application. This role involves collaborating with product managers, UX/UI designers, researchers, and engineers across US, India, and the UK.

The Lead Product Designer will be responsible for user-centric product development and creating intuitive interfaces for developer tools and integrations. He will conduct user research to identify needs, collaborate with stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives, and drive innovation in the developer experience. Mentorship of junior designers is also expected.

Simpplr operates under a Hub-Hybrid-Remote model, offering flexibility. The exact work arrangement (hub, hybrid, or remote) is role-dependent.
