Design Director (Design Foundation) at Mentimeter

Mentimeter is seeking a Design Director to lead the Design Foundation area, focusing on design system, accessibility, content design, localization, and design operations. The Design Director will collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to provide guidance and support for creating cohesive user experiences. They will use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions and work with the Design Leadership Team to set a clear vision and operating model.

The role involves strategic and people leadership, ensuring the direction for the design foundation is forward-thinking and consistently applied, helping all teams deliver seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities include:

• Defining and driving a compelling vision for the Design Foundation at Mentimeter.
• Integrating foundational design practices and standards throughout the organization.
• Leading and coaching a multidisciplinary team of design specialists.
• Championing best practices across Mentimeter’s products.

Mentimeter requires:

• 5+ years of experience in design leadership roles.
• Proven track record of driving impactful design operations initiatives.
