Mentimeter is seeking an Account Executive to expand its reach across EMEA. This role is ideal for a sales professional passionate about outbound prospecting and eager to contribute to a high-performing team. The Account Executive will manage their pipeline, drive sales by identifying opportunities within existing Mentimeter users, and build relationships with decision-makers. They will play pivotal role in helping Mentimeter achieve its goal of helping over 1 billion people listen, learn and work better together.Mentimeter provides the tools and support necessary for growth, but the Account Executive's success is in their hands. They will have to collaborate closely with SDRs to target high-potential accounts, combining their own outbound efforts with strategically chosen accounts where SDRs help open up opportunities.
- Own pipeline and close deals within EMEA.
- Drive sales and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Master value-based selling, focusing on impactful learning, engaging leadership communication, and efficient meetings.
- Engage meaningfully with HR leaders, L&D professionals, and C-level executives.
- Collaborate with various teams to win deals.
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 18 months as an Account Executive.
- Proven track record of hitting quota and managing opportunities.
- Experience with MEDDPICC or a similar sales methodology is a plus.
- Driven and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
- A team player who lifts others and is coachable and always looking for ways to improve.
