Business Development Representative

Mentimeter is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their team in Sydney. Mentimeter's goal is to transform presentations into conversations. The company believes in the power of togetherness, offering a platform where everyone feels safe and differences are embraced.In this role, the Business Develpoment Representative will contribute to generating new business by qualifying opportunities, generating ARR, and driving outbound and inbound campaigns. They will focus on developing each qualified opportunity to pass to the Account Executives and Relationship Managers. The role involves understanding the key fundamentals of successful SaaS sales. Responsibilities:

• Prospect and utilize various channels to initiate contact with potential customers and generate sales opportunities.
• Work closely with Account Executives and Relationship Managers to map organizations and organize prospecting campaigns.
• Convert prospects into opportunities, qualifying their needs and presenting Mentimeter's value proposition.
• Present and hand-over qualified inbound and outbound opportunities to Account Executives and Relationship Managers.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Work with organizations from all different industries within the APAC region.
• Continuously improve the processes, analysis, and tactics used by Mentimeter Sales.
