Job Description
Mentimeter is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts to drive success and growth for their largest clients across EMEA and globally. The Director will shape client strategies, deepen relationships, and maximize account potential by leading cross-functional efforts and aligning internal teams with client needs.Mentimeter needs someone who will:
- Develop and execute tailored account strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
- Drive customer engagement models.
- Identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.
- Foster deep client relationships.
- Lead retention & growth teams
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Monitor account performance and client success metrics.
- Analyze market trends and competitive positioning.
- Lead contract renewal negotiations.
To be considered, candidates should have:
- 10+ years of experience in selling towards the Enterprise..
- 5+ years of experience in strategic account management and leadership roles within the SaaS industry.
- Proven success in driving growth and retention across enterprise-level accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Value based selling and frameworks like MEDDPICC etc
- Strong background in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
