Job Description
AlphaGrep China is seeking an Employer Branding and Recruitment specialist to join their team in Shanghai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing campus recruitment strategies to attract top graduates from Chinese universities, as well as managing end-to-end recruitment for lateral hires across various technology and trading roles. They will also play a key role in employer branding and social media recruitment strategies.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for lateral hires
  • Utilize sourcing channels to identify and engage candidates
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms
  • Develop and implement social media strategies
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics
  • Engage with online communities and potential candidates
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on campus and lateral hiring
  • Proven experience in recruiting for technology and trading roles is highly desirable
  • Strong background in employer branding and social media recruitment strategies
  • Excellent sourcing and networking skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in creating and executing employer branding strategies
  • Proficient in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
