AlphaGrep is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join their team in Shanghai. This role focuses on managing both campus and lateral hiring, with a strong emphasis on employer branding and social media strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing top talent for various technology and trading roles, as well as experience in building a strong company brand across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with campus career services
  • Organize and participate in campus recruitment events
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for lateral hires
  • Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and engage qualified candidates
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms
  • Develop and implement social media strategies
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics
  • Engage with online communities and potential candidates
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on campus and lateral hiring
  • Proven experience in recruiting for technology and trading roles is highly desirable
  • Strong background in employer branding and social media recruitment strategies
  • Excellent sourcing and networking skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and executing employer branding strategies
  • Proficient in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
