This role focuses on managing both campus and lateral hiring, with a strong emphasis on employer branding and social media strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing top talent for various technology and trading roles, as well as experience in building a strong company brand across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities: - Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with campus career services
- Organize and participate in campus recruitment events
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for lateral hires
- Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and engage qualified candidates
- Create and manage content for social media platforms
- Develop and implement social media strategies
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics
- Engage with online communities and potential candidates
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on campus and lateral hiring
- Proven experience in recruiting for technology and trading roles is highly desirable
- Strong background in employer branding and social media recruitment strategies
- Excellent sourcing and networking skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in creating and executing employer branding strategies
