  • Managing Fresh Prints Team Leads.
  • Analyzing team data and driving the team to hit metrics.
  • Conducting one-on-one meetings and delivering performance reviews.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Team Management.
  • Experience in graphic design (or willingness to learn).
  • 3+ years of experience managing strategic programs.
  • Total proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Experience in analyzing data.
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and goal-oriented.
  • Open to change and calm under pressure.
