Fresh Prints is seeking a Graphic Artist Team Lead to join their innovative art team. This is a fully remote position based in the Philippines. The Graphic Artist Team Lead will set the artistic vision and strategy for Fresh Prints' original art, manage the production of the team, analyze site data, and lead research and development for the seasonal lookbooks.

This role involves:
  • Setting artistic vision and strategy for original art.
  • Analyzing site data to identify content gaps.
  • Creating a content calendar for design postings.
  • Managing the team's production to meet goals.
  • Conducting weekly check-ins with direct reports.
  • Grading the quality of direct reports' work.
  • Staying current on apparel, graphic design, and illustration trends.
  • Managing the production of artwork for seasonal lookbooks.
Requirements include:
  • At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, graphics for production, art direction, or a related creative field.
  • At least 5 years of significant management experience, or leading a team of at least 5 individual contributors.
  • 3+ years of experience serving the US or European market.
  • Skill in data analysis and strategic thinking.
  • Complete fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous with work.
  • Self-motivated and excited to work on a variety of projects.
