Fresh Prints, a NYC-based custom apparel startup, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator (Retention) to join their team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving growth by retaining high-value accounts. The Marketing Coordinator will report to Faiza, the Hiring Manager.Role involves:
- Collaborating with graphic designers, marketing, and content teams to write on-brand copy.
- Analyzing sales data, comms, and customer behavior to develop retention marketing strategies.
- Executing on cross-functional retention marketing projects with sales and marketing teams.
- Analyzing the impact of retention campaigns and applying findings to future initiatives.
- Identifying new ways to improve retention efforts and taking ownership of related projects.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of work experience in client-facing and analytical roles.
- Fluency in English.
- Comfortable collaborating with a team.
- Comfortable working in an Agile marketing structure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects.
- Proactive, challenge-driven, goal-oriented, open to change, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented.
