Regional Manager of Network Operations (Texas)

Job Description

The Regional Manager - Network Operations at Belong Health is responsible for managing the business performance of assigned markets. This role involves creating and executing strategies to achieve market profitability, identifying prospective partners, and deploying processes for membership growth. The Regional Manager will also leverage data to drive key medical cost initiatives and manage a team to execute market strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business plans for assigned markets
• Lead growth strategy and execution in collaboration with the growth team
• Build strong relationships with key providers and practice stakeholders
• Lead in-person or remote touchpoints with providers
• Identify and prioritize provider needs and concerns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Leverage data and analytics to improve engagement strategies
• Effectively manage a team of market leads

Requirements:

• Three or more years of experience in a health plan, provider-side value-based care, or healthcare consulting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple staff, projects, and geographies
• Understanding of the healthcare industry, health plan economics, and provider motivations
• Bachelor's degree in business or psychology (required); graduate degree preferred
