- Leading Agile processes
- Managing the team roadmap

The candidate should possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience leading a team of engineers on complex software projects.
- Experience developing software in an agile environment.
- Good SQL experience.
- Experience with Web Architectures (e.g. SOA, REST).
- Experience working with GCP/AWS.
