Responsibilities include:

• Building and retaining a high-caliber engineering team
• Removing roadblocks to help the team perform
• Architectural and strategic planning
• Gathering requirements from stakeholders
• Supporting team member career development
• Leading Agile processes
• Managing the team roadmap
• Driving innovation

The candidate should possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading a team of engineers on complex software projects.
• Experience developing software in an agile environment.
• Good SQL experience.
• Experience with Web Architectures (e.g. SOA, REST).
• Experience working with GCP/AWS.
