BitGo is seeking a Solutions Engineer for the LATAM region. This role is crucial for driving technical and product aspects in both pre- and post-sales activities. The Solutions Engineer will play a key role in client relationship management, understanding their business requirements, and providing technical support. They will collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams, contributing to the development of new product features.Responsibilities include:
- Leading technical and product aspects for pre and post sales activities
- Continuous client relationship management
- Collaborating with Product Management and Engineering Teams
- Serving as the client advocate
- Providing clear understanding of client requirements for our Sales Team
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years in an enterprise client-facing technical role
- Understanding of technical subjects and concepts
- Experience in pre-sales and/or post-sales capacity
- Strong experience with leading and managing client engagements and projects
- RFx/ DDQ experience
- High professionalism
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Ability to self-manage
- High interest in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and financial services
- Professional proficiency in English, Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Bachelor’s degree in CS or related STEM field
