Job Description
The Director of Demand Generation at Auctane will spearhead the development and implementation of demand generation strategies to bolster the company's go-to-market initiatives for its API products. This leader will define the strategic approach, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and execute cohesive campaigns aimed at driving pipeline and revenue growth. This position is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in the Austin, Texas office.

Role involves:
  • Building and owning the demand generation framework.
  • Creating and executing targeted ABX and demand generation campaigns.
  • Designing strategies to drive new leads and nurture existing opportunities.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams for cohesive campaign execution.
  • Developing and mentoring a small team.
  • Reporting on key metrics for pipeline growth, conversion, and velocity.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience designing and executing demand gen and account-based marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency with 6Sense, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline growth and accelerate pipeline velocity.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or technology platforms (a plus).
