Job Description
The Director of Demand Generation at Auctane will spearhead the development and implementation of demand generation strategies to bolster the company's go-to-market initiatives for its API products. This leader will define the strategic approach, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and execute cohesive campaigns aimed at driving pipeline and revenue growth. This position is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in the Austin, Texas office.
Role involves:
- Building and owning the demand generation framework.
- Creating and executing targeted ABX and demand generation campaigns.
- Designing strategies to drive new leads and nurture existing opportunities.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams for cohesive campaign execution.
- Developing and mentoring a small team.
- Reporting on key metrics for pipeline growth, conversion, and velocity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in demand generation, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience designing and executing demand gen and account-based marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with 6Sense, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
- Proven ability to drive pipeline growth and accelerate pipeline velocity.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or technology platforms (a plus).
