Intercom is seeking a Senior HCM Program Manager to enhance operational efficiency within its People team. This role focuses on leveraging Workday to streamline processes across Recruiting Ops, People Ops, Compensation, and other crucial teams, ensuring scalable and user-friendly systems. The ideal candidate will align and prioritize needs across the People organization and Finance, making Workday a cornerstone for data-driven decisions.

He/She will play critical role in defining and maintaining Workday roadmap. He/She should have strong functional knowledge of Workday and understanding of broader people processes.

What will this role involve:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the People organization and Finance.
  • Acting as the single point of contact between the People org and the People Systems team.
  • Gathering and prioritizing functional requirements from teams like Recruiting Ops, People Ops, and Compensation.
  • Developing and maintaining a functional Workday roadmap.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline and automate manual processes.
  • Ensuring processes and configurations align with best practices.
  • Driving program management initiatives and coordinating cross-team efforts.

Requirements:

  • Strong functional knowledge of Workday and understanding of broader people processes.
  • 6 - 8 years experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent program management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration and influencing skills.
