Intercom is seeking a Senior Recruiter to contribute significantly to the company's growth and success. This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, particularly for Go-To-Market (GTM) positions within the EMEA region. The Senior Recruiter will partner with leadership, acting as a strategic talent advisor across the organization.

The role involves designing recruitment strategies, differentiating Intercom in the talent market, and proactively identifying and implementing improvements to recruiting processes.

What this role involves:

  • Managing the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Partnering with leaders and hiring managers to understand their needs and influence their recruiting approach.
  • Attracting passive talent through authentic storytelling of Intercom's strategy and goals.
  • Leveraging data to diagnose recruitment challenges and creating/executing solutions.
  • Providing excellent candidate experience.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech environment.
  • Expertise and EMEA talent market intelligence across GTM teams (Marketing & Sales).
  • Creative recruiting approach and capable of attracting and converting talent.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring goals.
  • Data and metrics driven, ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for building and managing diverse pipelines.
  • Aligned with Intercom’s values.
