Intercom is seeking a French-Speaking Account Executive to join their commercial team in Dublin, Ireland. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving growth across the SMB segment by managing the full sales cycle, providing accurate forecasts, and representing the voice of the customer.

The ideal candidate will have fluency in French, 2+ years of closing experience, and experience selling SaaS products. They should also have strong sales instincts, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving organization.

What the role involves:

  • Spearheading the growth and adoption of Intercom across our SMB segment (50-200 employee-companies)
  • Managing the full sales cycle for Intercom’s SMB customers, from prospecting to close, through a consultative sales approach
  • Providing timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on revenue performance
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product and processes
  • Creating your own demonstrations, tailored to client needs
  • Engaging in team development and mentoring
  • Representing the voice of the customer to cross-functional partners, including Marketing and Product
  • Contributing to the overall growth of the global Enterprise business, pioneering new best practices and driving projects to up level the team

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French Language is required
  • 2+ years experience in closing role
  • 1+ years selling SaaS products
  • Experience in outbound prospecting
  • Strong sales instincts and track record hitting and exceeding quota
  • Exceptional written and verbal communicator
  • Comfortable and energized operating and problem-solving in a fast-moving organization, working inbound and outbound opportunities across a range of industries and company sizes
  • Ability to close net new business in a competitive environment
  • Exhibits a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and ambition
