Intercom is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious French-Speaking Account Manager to join their EMEA sales team in Dublin. What this role involves: - Owning and managing a designated book of business.
- Driving net growth within the book through expansion opportunities.
- Managing a proactive and effective renewal process.
- Articulating Intercom’s value proposition using the Command of the Message framework.
- Forecasting and planning pacing throughout each month and quarter.
- Partnering with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Sales Engineers (SEs) to ensure long-term success.
- Collaborating with Research & Development (R&D) and Marketing to represent customer feedback.
Requirements: - 2-3 years of experience in a B2B closing role.
- 2+ years of SaaS experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify customer pain points and articulate potential solutions.
- Ability to accurately qualify opportunities.
- Proficiency in conducting light demos and/or working closely with Sales Engineers/CSMs.
- Ability to create compelling presentations for customers (QBRs, pricing proposals, etc.).
- Experience forecasting on a monthly or quarterly basis.
