Intercom is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious French-Speaking Account Manager to join their EMEA sales team in Dublin.   • Owning and managing a designated book of business.
  • Driving net growth within the book through expansion opportunities.
  • Managing a proactive and effective renewal process.
  • Articulating Intercom’s value proposition using the Command of the Message framework.
  • Forecasting and planning pacing throughout each month and quarter.
  • Partnering with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Sales Engineers (SEs) to ensure long-term success.
  • Collaborating with Research & Development (R&D) and Marketing to represent customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a B2B closing role.
  • 2+ years of SaaS experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to identify customer pain points and articulate potential solutions.
  • Ability to accurately qualify opportunities.
  • Proficiency in conducting light demos and/or working closely with Sales Engineers/CSMs.
  • Ability to create compelling presentations for customers (QBRs, pricing proposals, etc.).
  • Experience forecasting on a monthly or quarterly basis.
