Intercom is seeking a Machine Learning Researcher to join their team in Dublin, Ireland. Intercom is dedicated to improving customer experiences through AI. The role involves conducting research and developing AI models to enhance Intercom's customer service AI.

The Machine Learning Researcher will contribute to product innovation and the wider AI research community. The researcher will work on cutting-edge research in LLMs, deep learning, reinforcement learning and other AI areas relevant to customer service and communication. They will be expected to write scientific papers for top-tier conferences and journals. This role will also work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI research into the Intercom platform.

  • Conduct advanced research in AI areas.
