Intercom is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to join their AI Infrastructure team in Dublin. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building and scaling the systems that power Intercom’s AI products, working closely with ML engineers and scientists.
The Senior Product Engineer will contribute to all phases of software development, from ideation and prototyping to implementation and testing. They will also be involved in mentoring other engineers and raising the bar for technical standards within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Build AI systems for Intercom's products.
- Work with ML engineers to bring code to production.
- Partner with ML teams to improve AI product experience.
- Contribute to software development phases.
- Mentor other engineers.
- Improve technical standards.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of high-quality product shipping experience.
- Strong technical fundamentals.
- Deep knowledge of a high-level programming language.
- Ability to deep dive into any part of the tech stack.
- Excitement about progress in AI.
