Auctane is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their team in Zielona Gora, Poland. The Engineering Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing team operations, collaborating on workflow improvements and support team members' career growth. This is a hybrid role.
The Engineering Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing a multi-member team.
- Consistently delivering products in line with established action plans.
- Ensuring code quality and functionality.
- Improving personal and team performance.
- Communicating progress to team members and management.
- Mentoring less experienced developers.
- Participating in recruitment processes.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Extensive experience in designing, building, and deploying solutions in AWS.
- Expertise in designing and delivering low-latency, high-throughput API systems.
- Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language, framework, or development platform.
- Experience in developing CI/CD solutions and cloud infrastructure automation.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
