Engineering Manager - Frontend (HYBRID REMOTE)

Job Description

Auctane is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead its Frontend team. The Engineering Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing team operations, improving tools and processes, and collaborating with other engineering managers to implement new workflows. This role involves managing a multi-member team, ensuring code quality, and continuously improving team performance.Responsibilities:

• Managing a multi-member team.
• Delivering products in line with established action plans.
• Ensuring code quality and functionality.
• Improving processes and engineering best practices.
• Communicating progress and achievements.
• Mentoring less experienced developers.
• Participating in recruitment processes.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in designing, building, and deploying solutions in AWS.
• Expertise in designing and delivering low-latency, high-throughput API systems using Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
• Proficiency in Agile, Lean, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with automated testing and continuous integration.
• Experience in at least one object-oriented programming language, framework, or development platform.
• Experience in developing CI/CD solutions and cloud infrastructure automation using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, and Puppet.
• Proficiency in Polish and English.
