Auctane is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their team. The Engineering Manager will enhance team operations, improve tools and processes, and collaborate with other engineering managers to define new workflows. The role involves managing a multi-member team, ensuring code quality, and continuously improving team performance.

- Ensuring code quality and functionality throughout the production phase.
- Defining service features and components under the team's responsibility.

- Mentoring less experienced developers and leading discussions on architecture.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define action plans and manage priorities.
- Monitoring team engagement, resolving performance challenges, and supporting career growth.
- Participating in recruitment processes and advocating for company decisions.
- Extensive experience in designing, building, and deploying solutions in AWS.
- Expertise in designing and delivering low-latency, high-throughput API systems using DDD principles.
- Proficiency in Agile, Lean, and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience with automated tests, code quality enhancement, and continuous integration.
- Proven experience in at least one object-oriented programming language.
- Experience developing CI/CD solutions and cloud infrastructure automation tools.
- Passion for full team ownership and embracing new technologies.
- Ability to balance product quality with challenging deadlines.
- Strong collaboration skills and proficiency in Polish and English.
