Opendoor is seeking a Zendesk Administrator to enhance customer connection points and manage renovation throughput. The Zendesk Administrator will play a pivotal role in optimizing customer support and service delivery through the effective administration and customization of Zendesk platform. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that support workflows are streamlined and efficient, facilitating a seamless experience for both customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Configure, manage, and optimize Zendesk settings, triggers, and automations.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Opendoor's business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.
Design and implement Zendesk dashboards and reporting tools.
Provide ongoing training and support to Zendesk users.
Stay up-to-date with Zendesk features and updates.
Manage Zendesk integrations with other business tools and systems.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Zendesk Administrator (2+ years).
Strong understanding of Zendesk's capabilities and best practices.
Experience in the real estate industry or a technology-driven environment is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
BA/BS required.
