ABBYY is seeking a Senior Enterprise Customer Experience Manager in Hungary to join their Customer Excellence organization. This individual will play a crucial role in delivering high-impact technical solutions and ensuring the satisfaction, health, and retention of enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, addressing complex technical requirements, implementing best practices, and supporting proactive customer care.

This role involves:

  • Serving as the primary contact for enterprise customers.
  • Designing technical solutions using ABBYY tools like Vantage and FlexiCapture.
  • Conducting regular check-ins and providing technical guidance.
  • Applying analytical and programming skills to diagnose complex issues.
  • Monitoring customer health metrics.
  • Conducting code reviews and debugging.
  • Integrating AI and automation for data extraction and processing.
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.

The requirements are:

  • 8+ years in OCR, IDP, and automation.
  • 3+ years specializing in ABBYY tools (Vantage, FlexiCapture, FlexiLayout, FineReader Engine) and scripting.
  • Familiarity with generative AI and LLM models.
  • Strong analytical abilities and programming experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in code reviews and debugging.
