ABBYY is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients. This role involves managing the service lifecycle, enhancing client satisfaction, and improving service delivery processes. The Service Delivery Manager will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Developing strong client relationships.
  • Conducting regular client meetings.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end delivery process.
  • Monitoring and ensuring adherence to SLAs.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Gathering and analyzing service metrics.
  • Participating in the development of new processes and tools.
  • Identifying potential risks and taking proactive steps to mitigate them.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and policies.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in service delivery, customer success, or account management in the tech industry.
  • A strong understanding of service delivery frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM, project management, and service delivery tools.
