ABBYY is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to join their team. This remote position, based in Australia, involves selling ABBYY solutions to existing and new enterprise accounts. The role focuses on growing annual recurring revenue, developing a pipeline of opportunities, and driving pipeline velocity to generate new business. The Account Manager will analyze customer needs, cultivate executive relationships, and ensure customer growth and satisfaction.Responsibilities include strategic selling, negotiating sales agreements, managing customer relationships, and updating ABBYY's CRM system. The ideal candidate will partner with presales and training teams to coordinate demonstrations and product training.
Responsibilities: - Sell ABBYY solutions within a designated list of Existing & New Logo Enterprise Accounts
- Grow the New Annual Recurring Revenue
- Maintain and develop an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet quarterly quota objectives
- Analyze customers business needs, cultivate executive relationships, identify strategic partnership opportunities
- Provide overall sales and account management support for any new or existing customers as assigned
Requirements: - 10+ years of experience successfully selling enterprise software and/or SaaS
- 4+ years in Intelligent Document Automation, RPA, Business Process Automation or Process Mining
- Hunter/Closer mentality with the ability to generate new business consistently
- Strong interpersonal skills, polished, credible and comfortable interacting at CXO/executive level
- Highly proficient level of computer skills including Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn, Webinar, and social media/marketing tools
- Fluent in English
