ABBYY is seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling ABBYY Solutions, solving customer issues for New Logo Enterprise Accounts. The role involves driving pipeline velocity, developing sales prospects, negotiating agreements, and ensuring customer growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Selling ABBYY Solutions to New Logo Enterprise Accounts
- Maintaining and developing an active pipeline
- Generating new business
- Analyzing customer needs and developing strategies
- Providing sales and account management support
- Partnering with Presales and Training teams
- Creating and updating CRM data
- Sharing client feedback and proposing product improvements
- Participating in training and development activities
- Preparing data for sales team meetings
Requirements include:
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise software and/or SaaS sales
- 3+ years in Intelligent Document Automation, RPA, Business Process Automation, or Process Mining
- Hunter/Closer mentality
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market research and sales principles
- Problem-solving and logical thinking skills
- Data analysis skills
- Consistent achievement of sales quotas
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and social media tools
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivation and ability to work remotely
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- Fluent English and native-level Japanese communication skills
