ABBYY is seeking a Partner Business Development Manager to drive growth and success within its partner ecosystem in EMEA. Reporting to the Head of Partner Strategy and Alliances, this role involves executing partner strategies, creating business plans, and fostering long-term strategic partnerships.

The Partner Business Development Manager will identify and engage potential new partners, integrate partner strategies with regional sales goals, and ensure alignment between global and regional teams.

Role Involves:

  • Driving partner growth in the EMEA region.
  • Creating and implementing business plans.
  • Identifying and engaging potential new partners and ISVs.
  • Integrating partner strategies with regional sales goals.
  • Collaborating with Partner Enablement, Partner Marketing and Pre-sales.
  • Driving adoption of the Global Channel Program.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in intelligent automation.
  • Experience working with Global SIs and consultancies.
  • Experience in enterprise and partner sales.
  • Flexibility to travel if needed.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
