The ideal candidate will manage subscription renewals, develop sales opportunities, and analyze customer business needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating new sales opportunities through incoming leads
- Managing daily subscription renewal tasks
- Maintaining an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities
- Driving sales of subscription model
- Analyzing customers’ business needs and cultivating relationships
- Updating accounts and opportunities in ABBYY’s CRM
- Participating in training and team-building activities
- Processing quarterly sales reports
Requirements include:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in sales or customer service, preferably in software/SaaS.
- Advanced English proficiency, with additional European languages a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in remote environments.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Hubspot is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Teams/Skype.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
