Job Description
Auctane is seeking a Major Account Manager to manage top shipping clients and drive growth. The Major Account Manager will work with the United States Postal Service, channel partners, product marketing, and engineering teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Responsibilities:
- Manage a strategic book of business and increase portfolio revenue.
- Prepare annual plans, conduct quarterly business reviews, and introduce new technologies.
- Take ownership of the customer experience, identify growth opportunities, and develop multi-layered relationships.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer needs and negotiate effectively.
- Be a product expert and industry advocate, staying updated on trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of field sales experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of relationship management experience.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
