Job Description

CAMP is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join their Houston (The Galleria) team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for creating a magical experience for families visiting the store, ensuring they want to return. This involves bringing the CAMP brand to life through immersive interactions, customized shopping experiences, and engaging customer service.

The Sales Associate will work approximately 20 hours per week and report to the General Manager. They are team looking to transform the traditional retail experience.

What Role Involves:

  • Welcoming guests and creating a magical entrance.
  • Engaging with families and demoing products.
  • Providing customized shopping experiences.
  • Operating the register and informing customers about upcoming events.
  • Achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Assisting with merchandising and store maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work at least one weekend day per week (ideally both).
  • Positive attitude and passion for selling.
  • Prior experience in retail, childcare, education, or performing arts.
  • Enthusiasm for engaging with children and families.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for extended periods.
