Boulevard is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive revenue by turning interested clients into long-lasting partners. This role involves understanding client needs and offering recommended actions, serving as a trusted advisor. The Sales Development Representative will be the first point of contact with potential customers.
- Outbound prospecting to potential customers
- Qualifying leads via cold calls and social media
- Assessing prospect needs and identifying pain points
- Setting up meetings between customers and sales executives
- Utilizing Salesforce and Outreach to manage activities
- Meeting or exceeding management defined activity and revenue goals
To thrive in this role, candidates should have:
- 3+ months of sales development experience
- Expert communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- A strong sense of urgency
