Carrot Fertility is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business growth across Canada. The Account Executive will source new opportunities, collaborate with internal teams, influence the product roadmap, and deliver customer service.
Role Involves:
- Building a strong sales pipeline and closing deals.
- Being a consultant to external parties, understanding their pain points.
- Becoming an expert on Carrot's product and conducting demos.
- Acting as a partner to Carrot’s product team.
- Collaborating with team members and forecasting accurately.
- Meeting and exceeding annual revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years selling into mid to large enterprises in health benefits.
- Track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience working with consulting firms.
- Communication and closing skills.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
