Carrot Fertility is seeking a compassionate Global Care Companion to provide support to members in both English and Traditional Chinese. The Care Companion will guide members through their family-forming journeys, providing outstanding customer service and addressing their questions and concerns via phone, email, and potentially video chat. This is a part-time role with various shifts available.
- Assisting members with their family-forming journeys.
- Providing customer service via phone, email, and video chat.
- Addressing member questions and concerns.
- Navigating members through their family-forming goals.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of customer service or healthcare experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to empathetically support a diverse member population
- Bilingual in English and Traditional Chinese
- Call center experience
- Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM platforms
- Experience in the family-forming space
