Carrot Fertility is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support new and existing customers in Canada. The Customer Success Manager will act as a trusted advisor to HR benefits leaders, helping to drive retention, increase member engagement, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs and challenges, serving as the primary point of contact, and developing tailored solutions.
The role involves:
- Proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering trust and confidence.
- Developing a deep understanding of the customer's business and industry.
- Working closely with customers to create and execute a success plan.
- Acting as a customer advocate within the company.
- Ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
- Providing education and resources to customers.
- Conducting regular check-ins to ensure customers are leveraging the full capabilities of our offerings.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management.
- Enthusiasm for Carrot Fertility’s mission.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Track record of high customer satisfaction.
- Experience working with full lifecycle of customer success.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
