Director, Network Operations at project44

Project44 is seeking a Director of Network Operations to lead the Carrier Network Operations and support the global operations team in Krakow, Poland. The Director will oversee carrier connectivity and ensure the growth and maintenance of the project44 network. This person will manage the team and operationalize carrier connections to enable visibility and lifecycle of products.

The role involves:

• Driving a data-driven approach to operations.
• Ensuring best-in-class operational execution.
• Hiring, developing, and leading operational teams.
• Providing leadership and support to team members in Krakow.
• Partnering with the VP of Network and other teams.
• Influencing product and engineering roadmap.
• Supporting Customer Success and Sales teams.
• Acting as a site leader for the Krakow office.

Requirements include:

• 12+ years of relevant experience leading global teams in service operations at technology companies.
• Proven track record serving a customer base and supporting software products across regions.
• Excellent English language and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or other relevant qualification.
• Knowledge of analytics and programming languages preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in process design and automation.
• Prior experience in the supply chain/logistics industry preferred.
