Job Description
Project44 is seeking a Sales Development Representative to enhance their sales team. The role involves qualifying inbound leads and prospecting outbound leads within the European region, placing emphasis on the NAMER region. The candidate will move leads through the sales funnel and setting up sales qualified appointments. This role requires adherence to daily activity and call metrics, as well as meeting monthly/quarterly quotas. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about the product and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

What this role involves:
  • Evangelizing project44 to prospects and qualify them for the sales team.
  • Responding to requests from inbound leads and conduct qualification calls.
  • Booking qualified meetings with prospects for the sales team.
  • Collaborating and iterate on inbound emails and messaging.
  • Targeting and prioritizing prospects within our CRM for re-engagement.
  • Efficiently use Salesforce to research accounts, identify key contacts and reach out (cold call) to prospective customers.

Requirements:
  • Experience in demand gen or cold call sales in enterprise software, SaaS or logistics.
  • Competitive nature - should be eager to learn and win.
  • Direct experience with Salesforce.com and SalesLoft a plus.
  • Superior pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, and objection handling skills.
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, and excellent listening skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail with superior time and project management skills.
