NOC Team Lead at Via

Via is seeking a NOC Team Lead to manage a team of engineers responsible for monitoring global systems and resolving urgent customer issues. The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing processes and tools, ensuring effective collaboration, and mentoring NOC engineers.

The role involves active management of critical incidents, serving as an escalation point, and improving NOC independence. The Team Lead will also focus on maintaining the knowledge base, enhancing monitoring capabilities, and automating manual tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Managing critical incidents from NOC perspective
• Acting as escalation focal point within the NOC team
• Managing and developing NOC Engineers
• Maintaining and updating NOC internal Knowledge Base
• Improving monitoring and proactivity capabilities
• Leading efforts for automating manual tasks
• Leading process improvements within NOC

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of software development experience
• Proven ability to lead technical teams
• Mastery over programming and scripting (Python & Bash)
• Hands-on experience with Linux and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience in Cloud & SaaS environments utilizing AWS, Jenkins, Coralogix, SQL
