Via is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to join their team in Tel Aviv. This role is crucial for ensuring the security infrastructure, automation, and secure pipelines within Via's cloud environment. The DevSecOps Engineer will collaborate with other engineering teams to implement and manage security products and infrastructure. Responsibilities:
- Define and implement cloud security infrastructure solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to manage security products.
- Set up and customize log management and response systems.
- Operate and manage SecOps infrastructure and automation.
- Evaluate, maintain, and tune security products.
- Act as a subject matter expert for security operation automation workflows.
- Continuously improve SecOps capabilities and lead new innovations.
- Promote a strong security culture.
- Drive the implementation of countermeasures and mitigations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a security engineer or similar.
- Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages.
- Experience with SIEM/Log management engineering.
- Experience with scripting and automation of SOAR/No code automation playbooks (advantage).
- Familiar with public cloud platforms and SaaS security solutions (AWS is an advantage).
- Independent, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of tasks.
