Via, a company focused on transforming transportation through technology, is seeking a Frontend Engineer to join its London team. The Frontend Engineer will contribute to development of user-facing features impacting company products and customers. He will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build and enhance front-end tools to elevate user experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement user-facing features by building new components, pages, and modals using React and TypeScript.
- Integrate the latest third-party libraries to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Write clean and efficient front-end code for Via’s app.
- Collaborate with full-stack and back-end engineers to create user-centric and visually appealing products.
- Stay up to date with new technology trends, applications, and protocols.
Who You Are:
- BSc. Computer Science or similar.
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience.
- Experience with React.
- Strong knowledge of Typescript/Javascript.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with map applications / gis related is an advantage.
