The Principal Engineer will play a crucial role in shaping the R&D Group’s technical vision and will work on high-impact projects that are critical to the company’s overall success. They will provide technical leadership, guide engineers, and uphold the highest standards of technical excellence.
Responsibilities include:
- Shaping the Group’s technical landscape and driving innovation.
- Influencing architectural design and making key decisions about system structure.
- Leading complex technical projects and ensuring timely delivery.
- Providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Driving system design, architecture, and integration efforts.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Developing high-quality code and participating in code reviews.
- Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 10+ years of experience in software development and systems architecture.
- Experience with cloud infrastructures and building complex solutions in production.
- A proven track record of leading and delivering technical excellence.
- Extensive experience in Backend programming with an object-oriented language.
- Experience with Python and Go – Advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
