Job Description
Euclid Power, a renewable energy software and services company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its M&A/Technical Diligence group. This role involves overseeing client engagements, providing leadership to project teams, and collaborating on renewable energy project financing. The Senior Project Manager will report to the Director of M&A/Technical Diligence and will be instrumental in shaping the future of the renewable energy industry.

Role involves:
  • Overseeing client engagements for M&A and technical diligence.
  • Providing leadership and mentorship to M&A project teams.
  • Collaborating on the financing of renewable energy projects.
  • Developing scopes of work for proposal generation.
  • Serving as the primary client point of contact.
  • Delivering regular feedback and identifying professional growth opportunities.
  • Supporting technical and financial analysis of solar PV and energy storage projects.
  • Coordinating with the Product team on service offerings.
  • Aiding in the development of department processes and standards.
  • Influencing the design and architecture of new products and tools.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in renewable energy M&A, diligence, development, finance, engineering, or construction.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, diligencing, and financing C&I and/or utility-scale PV, PV + storage, or standalone storage projects.
  • Experience managing sub-consultants, vendors, and third-party engineering/design firms.
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of project development/finance best practices.
  • Ability to interpret engineering plans, environmental studies, and geotechnical reports.
  • Full knowledge of the renewable energy project lifecycle.
  • Complete understanding of project and operations management principles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, business, or related fields.
  • PMP or PE certification (preferred).
