This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to identify and attract top candidates for engineering and product functions, implementing creative engagement strategies, and contributing to Via's ambitious hiring objectives in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create candidate outreach strategies.
  • Mapping, tracking, and sourcing top technical talent in the Israeli and global markets.
  • Building strong, diverse, and inclusive candidate pools.
  • Making data-driven decisions using relevant metrics.
  • Conducting initial conversations and preliminary interviews.
  • Creating a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Developing robust internal processes to optimize the efficacy, agility and impact of our work.

Job Requirements:
  • 6+ years of technical recruitment experience at a high-growth, global company.
  • Intellectually curious, collaborative, and eager to grow.
  • Results-driven and motivated to meet goals.
  • Reliable, independent, and able to manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
