Principal Product Manager, ML & Algorithms at Via

Via is seeking a Principal Product Manager, ML & Algorithms to lead key product domains and deliver impactful solutions. This role involves building the next generation of algorithms, routing, and machine learning systems for world-class transportation solutions. The role is located in Tel Aviv.

The Principal Product Manager will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and develop short and long-term roadmaps based on customer feedback, data, and strategic initiatives. They will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize impactful features and guide algorithm and development teams in solving complex problems.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for algorithms, routing, and machine learning systems.
• Lead product lifecycle from ideation through technical development, to launch.
• Develop a short and long-term roadmap for our products.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Guide algorithm and developments teams to solve complicated problems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience in algorithms, and/or machine learning-based products.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical background.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
• A user-centric approach.
• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments.
