Via is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the product vision and strategy for its next-generation Rider app. This role involves shaping the future of mobility apps, impacting riders in low-income communities, and improving transit networks. The Senior Product Manager will report to Via and be responsible for creating intuitive user experiences, integrating public transit data, and building scalable features for large services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product vision and strategy for the next-generation Rider app.
• Create a delightful user experience from signup to booking.
• Develop a scalable way to integrate real-time public transit data.
• Build robust features for scaled setup of large services.
• Build an excellent communications platform for riders.
• Bring “network thinking” to the rider experience.
• Build inclusively for all customers with Accessibility as a driving principle.
• Ascertain value vs. cost of each requirement.
• Drive a data-driven prioritization and scheduling process.
• Act as a focal point while working closely with various teams.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience as a product manager in successful startups or large companies.
• Experience owning broad sets of products and building category-leading products.
• Ability to digest market research and customer feedback.
• Demonstrated success in handling an end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical abilities and strong business acumen.
