Design Director at Critical Mass

Critical Mass is seeking a Design Director to lead their London team, shaping digital experiences and guiding a talented team of designers. The Design Director will collaborate with world-class clients, bringing bold ideas to life and driving creative excellence.

Requirements:

• 8-15+ years of relevant experience in a creative or marketing organization.
• Experience in a resource or project management role within a project-based agency environment.
• Knowledge of digital processes and the creative process.
• Experience in design, conceptual advertising, or interactive.
• Experience working in a dynamic and fluid environment.
• Understanding of project lifecycle and process of complex requirements.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment.
