NEORIS is seeking a Solution Architect to join their team in Quito, Ecuador. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of architectural patterns, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD tools.

The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating technology solutions that meet the strategic and operational needs of NEORIS' clients. They will lead technical decisions, drive innovation, and ensure alignment with industry standards and business objectives. They will also serve as a critical link between technical teams and stakeholders, promoting an integrated approach from conceptualization to successful implementation.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Designing solution architectures aligned with industry standards, focusing on adaptability and scalability.
  • Updating and maintaining components in CMDB, ensuring accurate records and documentation.
  • Defining and constructing enterprise architecture taxonomies aligned with global standards like BIAN and Open API.
  • Designing microservices and API contracts ensuring adherence to internal and external guidelines.
  • Collaborating with infrastructure and cloud teams to establish effective architecture runbooks.
  • Guiding development teams in implementing complex architectural solutions, ensuring compliance with defined patterns.
  • Executing proof of concepts to validate the feasibility of proposed architectures.
  • Translating strategic objectives into actionable metrics representing the impact and benefits for the organization.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in architectural patterns such as Microservices, BFF, EDA, SAGA, Micro-Kernel, and CQRS.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and SaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control (Azure DevOps).
  • Knowledge of multi-channel architectures with frameworks like Springboot and Angular.js.
  • Experience with service-oriented integration using microservices, REST APIs, and Transactional Switches.
  • Proficiency in designing diagrams: TOGAF, C4 Modeling, UML.
  • Understanding of financial models like BIAN and industry standards (ISO 20022).
  • Knowledge of DDD and design patterns.
  • Experience with modeling tools: Drawio, IcePanel, and Archimate.
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks.
