NEORIS, a Digital Accelerator with 20 years of experience, is seeking an Enterprise Architect in Quito, Ecuador. The candidate will lead the Enterprise Architecture strategy, aligning IT planning with organizational strategy, and ensuring a scalable and efficient technological environment. The Enterprise Architect will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and maintaining the bank's technological innovation while adhering to strategic frameworks and institutional policies.

Role involves:

  • Defining the target architecture and identifying technological gaps.
  • Analyzing current architecture versus the desired state.
  • Validating technological solutions through governance models.
  • Communicating the strategic IT plan and measuring its performance.
  • Defining and guaranteeing the application of technological standards.
  • Executing iterations of the TOGAF ADM method.
  • Designing initiatives to close technological gaps.
  • Creating and maintaining a technological roadmap.
  • Translating strategic objectives into actionable metrics.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project management and strategic IT planning.
  • Proficiency in IT Governance: ITIL, COBIT.
  • Experience in Cloud Services and cloud service management.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks: TOGAF, BIAN, Zachman, Gartner.
  • Business modeling and auditing of information processes.
  • Design of diagrams: deployment, C4 modeling, flowcharts, and states.
  • Proficiency in FinOps and financial tools applied to IT.
  • Specific experience in banking and financial systems.
