Critical Mass is looking for a Senior Designer to join their team in San Jose, Costa Rica. The Senior Designer will be responsible for designing a broad array of visual elements at a mastery level and contributing input at a conceptual, account, and/or brand level. He/She will be responsible for a project’s whole visual component and end-to-end delivery on a creative brief/project.

The Senior Designer may deliver the project alone or manage a team of designers.

The role involves:

  • Designing visual elements.
  • Establishing visual vision for concepts.
  • Determining visual outputs of design systems.
  • Assigning design elements to other designers.
  • Providing design feedback.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English Proficiency (C1).
  • 4+ years experience in advertising, digital, or design agencies.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Celtra.
  • Ability to proof production design work.
  • Thorough understanding of design principles.
